On October 27, 2024 I chose to focus my attention more to music than recruiting because the biggest source of satisfaction is my passion for music. But that's not entirely who I am. I love helping people improve their job search results. So, I'll continue working with job seekers who are passionate about their careers or are committed to discovering what their passion is and then focus their attention to their passion.  I am transitioning my recruiting practice to support the music industry. 

I'm former IT project manager, international business consultant, account executive, and bill collector. I'm constantly training to be able to deliver extraordinary results, and improvise as needed to capitalize opportunities as they arise. As a project manager I engaged my teams to collect and analyze requirements to develop plans, schedules, and to identify risks and issues so solutions could be delivered on time, within budget, and scope. Such efforts resulted in winning prestigious AT&T Circle of Excellence awards. In sales I won many sales contest by assisting prospects get the solutions they were seeking.  Made more money than I thought was possible in the third party collection industry. The references published in my LinkedIn profile from former AT&T managers, coworkers, and team members describe how they felt working with me. 

On July 4th, 2006 I chose to take care of my parents full time and embarked on a journey of being a virtual recruiter and continue real estate investing. I successfully honored my parents until they passed in 2013, 2018, and 2021. 

I use recruiting to sort out my own confusion and pain of looking for virtual work.  Dealing with rejection and getting ghosted is something I understand very well; it's part of the game I play to win.  When I say I know how you feel, I mean it.  I feel what you are going through in your job search. If you want a breakthrough in your job search and you are willing to listen, you can get interview invitations, job offers, promotions, and anything you want including doing what you love to do full time passionately. This is why I'm now a performing artist and I'm transitioning my recruiting and marketing activities to support the music industry. 

I specialize in accounting, engineering, sale, and technology roles in the United States for US citizens and green card holders only. These roles require over 5-year experience.  They are direct-hire and contract roles. Current roles are not in the music industry. Transitioning to the music industry to fully express my passion.
