Born in El Salvador, raised in San Francisco, CA, and established in Red Wing, Minnesota, I have spent my entire professional life at the intersection of high-stakes corporate technology, risk management, and commercial finance.

• Commercial Credit & Asset Risk: Began my career in San Francisco, California, managing asset-backed risk as a Second Deed of Trust Assistant, mastering collateral valuation and debt structures.
• Enterprise AR Automation: Served as a National Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager for AT&T Wireless IT, where I designed an advanced accounts receivable automation solution that successfully secured $18,000,000 in savings for the corporation by eliminating structural cash leaks. Circle of Excellence Awarded. 
• Corporate Governance & Procurement: As project manager for AWS Architecture and Risk Management Team, I Established rigid corporate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Program alongside internal auditing teams and IT directors, supervised complex Electronic Bill Presentment corporate RFP, and successfully led the procurement of 100,000,000 software licenses for enterprise Single Sign-on security solution within scope and under budget.
• Virtual Mobility & Operations: Virtually engineered and managed the seamless migration of major contact center operations from Denver, Colorado, to Lubbock, Texas, directly from my office in Sacramento, California—earning the prestigious AT&T Wireless Circle of Excellence Award twice for operational excellence.
• Asset Protection & Recovery: Handled high-volume corporate revenue recovery as a Collection Agent in San Francisco, CA and an international Collections Consultant in Colombia, for AT&T Wireless International.
