I’m a former IT project manager, international business consultant, account executive, and bill collector. I'm constantly training to be able to deliver extraordinary results, but improvisation is a tools I use to deliver business and musical goals because it is impossible to train for everything. Sometimes it is best to act in the manner that the moment requires instead of scripted or rehearsed tactics that are for sure useful, but sometimes they are not. Everything changes, every job, and every project, so far, has been unique. In the past, I engaged my teams to collect and analyze requirements to develop specific plans, schedules, and to identify risks and issues so solutions could be implemented promptly, within budget, and as specified. Such efforts resulted in winning prestigious AT&T Circle of Excellence awards, wining many sales contest, collecting "uncollectible account receivables", and making more money than I thought was possible. On July 4th, 2006 I chose to take care of my parents full time and embarked on a journey of being a virtual recruiter. I successfully honored my parents until they passed in 2013, 2018, and 2021.
I use recruiting to sort out my own confusion and pain of looking for virtual work. Dealing with rejection, getting ghosted, and being notified that the job went to someone else hurts but it's part of the game I play to win. When I say I know how you feel, I mean it. Behind every NO I've received from hiring managers and prospects I've interviewed, I've bounced back and moved on to the next one. This is not easy! Specialty
I have clients that give me multiple job opportunities from multiple industries in various countries, but I specialize in accounting, technology, engineering, and sale roles in in the United States for US citizens and green card holders only. These are mostly for professionals with over 5-year experience, direct-hire / permanent and contract / contingent labor roles. I do not have corp to corp roles.
